MINDFUL MOVEMENT FOR SCOLIOSIS
6-week session, Saturdays 9:45-10:35am
First session begins October 17, 2020
CHPT clinic, group class room
This workshop integrates yoga-based postures, breath work, and mindful movements to improve the strength and stability of those with scoliosis. Serving our adolescent community, we are committed to helping teens explore and build greater self-awareness, internal power, and postural regulation. What is learned on the mat can be carried over into daily activities to live and move as our best selves.
COVID-19 Considerations: Class size is limited to 4 individuals in-person in order to maintain proper social distancing. Each class will have the opportunity for live streaming via Zoom. A recurring zoom link will be provided before the start of the first class.
Registration fee is $80 per student per session, $10 discount for remote participants.
Be sure to call the office @ 585-482-5060 to pre-register and pay in advance.
