- Designed to improve posture, helpful for those with scoliosis, osteoporosis and general back pain.
- Provides a gentle flow to create better body awarenes, breath efficiency and posutral strenth.
- Will learn simple skills you can use in your daily life to help gain more confidence in your body, comfort in your body and more peace within yourself.
- Will learn a variety of yoga poses & simple breathing exercises.
All classes $80 for 6 sessions; $15/session
