Garth Fagan DanceCallan-Harris PT is an exceptional facility with experienced, intuitive and knowledgeable staff and a conveniently located, well-equipped facility. In my career as a dancer it is crucial that the therapists know the common frailties of dancers and how not only to treat their injuries, but prepare them to return to the stage as soon as possible. At Callan Harris, I have been treated for 2 hamstring injuries and an ankle injury, and been able to return to the stage without missing a performance. It is great to work with PT's who are as warm and personable as they are professional. They have what it takes to calm the panicked dancer. Thank You Callan-Harris.
Hands-On TherapyThe therapists at CHPT spend time with you alleviating your pain with their skill—their hands-on therapy! You will go home with a set of exercises to do, but only after they’ve worked on your pain and instructed you so you will confident in trying the exercises at home.
Alleviating pain in not a walk in the park. But CHPT staff will help you, encourage you and give you confidence to help yourself… while they are helping you!

Callan-Harris Physical Therapy has put me back together on so many occasions! Perhaps I fall apart more than most people, so I probably have as much experience or more there than most people! The care I have received from everyone there is excellent. Every physical therapist works as part of a team so whenever I need anything, someone can step in to help me without any problems. Sue Callan-Harris has a very thorough understanding of performers' and athletes' injuries, as well as what their training and daily routines are like. Callan-Harris Physical Therapy has my strongest recommendation.
Community OutreachEvery year representatives from Callan-Harris PT volunteer their time to teach workshops on dance injuries to the Garth Fagan Dance Summer Movement Institute students. We are thrilled at the responses to their classes and we are so very grateful for their relationship with Garth Fagan Dance and the Garth Fagan Dance School.

My 11-year old daughter with scoliosis has been seeing Sue for Schroth therapy. Can't say enough wonderful things about the practice. Comfortable and welcoming... we look forward to the appointments. Sue is so warm and caring, and she's really committed to helping her patients. She has explained more to us about my daughter's spine that the orthopedic doctor has in the five years since her initial diagnosis. My daughter has always felt angry and resentful about her condition, but now feels a little more confident and empowered with each visit and enjoys the exercise.
School of the ArtsDepth of knowledge and high quality of care that the therapists at Callan-Harris Physical Therapy provide creates an atmosphere of support and comfort and gives their clients a solid base to work from in regaining wellness and balance. I have worked with them personally and through my work in the School of the Arts Dance Department In both situations the have provided my young dancers and myself with professional, knowledgeable and effective treatment that has helped to keep us all dancing at our best.
I came to CHPT with significant issues with my upper back, scapula and neck area. I was in constant pain and could not even sit up properly in my chair. Since my job involves keyboarding this was a major stressor in my life. Through manual therapy, exercise, stretching and other modalities, not only did my CHPT therapist solve my pain issues, but they gave me to tools to keep them away.
