Susanne Callan-Harris, PT, MS, LLCC has a Bachelor of Science from St. John Fisher College of Rochester, NY and a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Boston University. She is certified in Lymphedema/Complex Decongestive Physiotherapy. She began her career in orthopedic pediatric physical therapy and has continued to expand her interest into performing arts medicine, oncology and lymphedema management. She was the 2009 recipient of the Breast Cancer Coalition of Rochester's Advocate Spirit Award. Sue also works with students at the University of Rochester's Eastman School of Music, where she teaches the Keys to Healthy Music class.

James M. Byers, PT, MS, CLT holds Bachelor of Arts and Master of Physical Therapy degrees from University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist. Jim returns to Rochester from Pittsburgh, where he practiced in a chonic pain clinic. His main areas of interest include cervical/ lumbar spine and knee rehabilitation. Jim is active in swimming and spinning and has taught exercise classes for nearly 20 years.

Heather Fields, PT, DPT, MSPT holds Bachelor and Master of Science degrees and a Clinical Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College. Heather has focused her education on performing arts medicine while studying various dance forms at the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts and Ithaca College. She has an interest in educating dancers on injury prevention and co-taught an injury prevention class for dancers for the Nazareth College Dance Festival. Currently Heather serves as the Senior Fitness Coordinator at the Gay Alliance of the Genesee Valley.

Jenna Siracuse, PT, DPT received her doctorate in physical therapy from Nazareth College of Rochester. Jenna has a background in competitive dance has taught ballet and jazz classes in Fredonia, NY. She enjoys hiking and outdoor activities.

Tracey Boccia, PTA, CLT, holds an Associate of Applied Science degree from Genesee Community College and a Bachelor of Arts degree from SUNY Geneseo. Tracey has a background in a variety of dance forms and has studied flute and cello; her area of interest is performing arts medicine. She is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist and is trained in craniosacral therapy through the Upledger Institute. Tracey teaches the Fluid Motion and Core & More classes at CHPT and taught injury prevention for dancers classes for the Garth Fagan Summer Movement Institute and the Nazareth College Arts Center Dance Festival.

Dorothy Wind, LMT, CLT, has more than 13 years experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist and has worked with the Rochester Rhinos and Knighthawks teams. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work from SUNY Brockport and attended the New York Institute of Massage in Buffalo, NY. Dottie has completed training at the Norton School of Lymphatics and is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist. Her background includes sports, therapeutic, deep tissue and Swedish massage techniques.

Connie Nowakowski (Office Manager) is a licensed insurance agent/broker with many years of experience in reimbursement and claims management. She is responsible for organizing the patient care from the initial referral to the discharge plans. She has supported many performing arts organizations over the years. Connie is President of the Love the Children of Rochester Adoptive Parent Support group. She also has a support group for families affected by cleft lip and palate.

Leandra Toscano (Receptionist) is a graduate of the Monroe No. 1 BOCES Medical Secretary program. Prior to joining the team at CHPT, Leandra held positions at Catholic Family Services and Inner City Properties Real Estate and interned with White Pines Medical Center. She enjoys cooking and caring for her three children.

Mary Jo Provenzano, RN, is a certified lymphedema and mastectomy fitter with more than 15 years experience. She established the in-hospital shops at Highland and Strong Memorial Hospitals for men and women with special needs such as lymphedema and breast cancer. Mary Jo is a certified instructor in breast self-examination, and volunteers her services throughout the county. Mary Jo offers custom and off-the shelf compression garments and mastectomy products.
